How to Book
View availability calendar online, then contact the Booking Secretary via the Contact Page to make a booking request. For regular hirers, a minimum of seven days notice is required for cancellation, otherwise a charge may be made. Invoices are sent quarterly (end of November, February, May, August), with payment expected within 30 days. Bookings for one-off or occasional hires, such as birthday parties or family gatherings, are not being taken until further notice due to a severe shortage of volunteers. Prohibited events include 18th birthday parties, 21st birthday parties, and New Year's Eve bookings.
