Galmington Social Club, part of the Trident Youth & Community Centre, offers various spaces for hire including a Main Hall, a Lower Hall, and a Sports Court. It is suitable for a wide range of events such as wedding receptions, private functions, children's parties, public meetings, and classes. The Main Hall features a stage, kitchen, and can accommodate up to 100 guests. The Lower Hall is ideal for smaller groups, while the refurbished Sports Court is equipped with floodlights, changing rooms, showers, and toilets, marked for 5-a-side football, basketball, and netball. How to Book
All enquiries for hiring should be made via email. Hirers must inform Trustees of any cancellation as soon as possible, as Trustees reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. An invoice will be emailed and must be paid before the date of hire. Hirers are responsible for additional cleaning, repair, or replacement costs for breakages, damage, or leaving the hall in unacceptable condition. The hall (including contents and surrounds) must be left secure, undamaged, clean, and tidy, with tables wiped clean and returned, chairs stacked neatly, and all rubbish removed by the hirer. The main hall toilets are shared by members of Galmington Social Club during licensing hours. No ball games are permitted in the hall.
