A buffer should be included before and after the event for set-up and departure. Flexible discounted rates for other island-based charities and community groups. Subsidised rates for registered charities and public sector organisations based on the Isle of Wight (Monday to Friday only). Discounts available weekdays for registered charities, NHS, and Isle of Wight council.
