How to Book
Appoint a named contact person responsible for all bookings and payments. Contact person must read the Room Hire Contract. Register by completing the Room Hire Account Request Form, including a scan or photo of your signature (email to [email protected] if unable to upload). Wait for approval of the Room Hire Contract and account confirmation email (may take longer if reception is busy; consider other venues if booking within 48 hours). Receive login details for the online room booking system (Skedda). If Brighton and Hove City Council are paying, include a valid council payment code when booking. Comply with Community Base policies, including the Safe Space Policy. Collect an access fob from reception in advance of your booking for access outside reception hours.
