How to Book

All booking requests must be made using the Booking Calendar on the website. Requests are reviewed by the Bookings Secretary, who will send an email for confirmation and an invoice for payment. Single bookings are normally accepted for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (day and evening available separately), and are possible on other days subject to availability. Block bookings are accepted Monday to Thursday for any part of a 12-month period (renewable in the 9th month), and are possible on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays on a month-to-month basis. The minimum booking period is 1 hour. Terms and Conditions are available for download on the website.
