How to Book
Applicants must be 21 years or older. To book, contact the Booking Clerk to discuss arrangements and availability. An application form will be sent, which should be returned with a deposit for a firm booking. A security bond payment may also be required. Full payment confirms the booking. External caterers, DJs, and bands are welcome, with evening events concluding by 11:45pm. Alcohol cannot be brought onto the premises; a bar service is included in the hire price for parties and celebrations with no minimum spend. The venue does not accept bookings for 18th Birthday parties. Booked areas must be used solely for the event named on the booking form, with no access to unbooked areas. Hirers must read, accept, and adhere to the Terms and Regulations in the Hire Agreement.
