How to Book
Availability can be checked on the calendar provided on the 'Hall Booking' page of their website. Bookings can be made on an ad hoc or recurring basis. Payment for all bookings must be made in advance. The booking time period includes entry to the hall through departure, so hirers should allow for set-up and clearing up time. The hall must be vacated by 11:30pm. Hirers are responsible for leaving the hall in the condition it was found; the Village Club reserves the right to charge for additional professional cleaning if the hall is not left in an acceptable state. Membership discounts apply to bookings made by fully paid-up 'Friends of Cookham Dean Village Hall' (CDVC Members) in a personal capacity at the date of booking.
