Pinder Hall is suitable for a wide range of events including Parties, Reunions, Training, Children's Parties, Local Community Meetings, Societies and Clubs, Music Events, Theatre Productions, Band Practise, Baby Groups, Fitness Classes / Yoga, Educational Pursuits, Church Events / Choir Practice, School Events, Film Shoots, Corporate Events, Dance Classes, Discos, Craft Fairs, Exhibitions, Christenings / Blessings, Wakes, Dog Training, Naming Ceremonies, Haunted Banqueting, and Asian Weddings. Hirers are responsible for the behaviour of people and care of the building/contents. Familiarize with fire exits and emergency equipment. Keep pedestrian pathway and fire exits clear. Leave hall and kitchen clean and tidy. Contact caretaker for assistance (e.g., lighting, sound, microphone). Record accidents in the accident book and notify caretaker. Pinder Hall has Public Liability Insurance, but hirers need their own appropriate insurance for their event and external providers/equipment. Commercial users must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Certificate. Leave quietly and avoid leaving vehicles at Medical Centre overnight.
