How to Book
To book, complete the housing estate community centre booking form. The hirer must be 18 years or over. Provide the desired booking date and agree to terms and conditions. Two forms of ID are required when signing the booking form (one with a recent photo, one with current address no older than three months). Full payment is required to process and secure the booking. Payment can be made online (a link will be sent via email) or by cheque; cash is not accepted. Bookings are provisional until the booking form, ID, and full payment are completed, ideally two weeks before the hire date. Once payment is made and the booking confirmed, keys for the venue are collected from Perceval House. Keys must be returned on the specified date. Cooking is not allowed on the premises; only warming up food. Hirers must provide their own drinks, plates, and cutlery. Alcohol is permitted, but selling alcohol is not allowed. The hire period must include set-up and clean-up time. If the hire period is exceeded, double the hourly rate will be charged for every additional hour.
