St Stephen's Church & Centre offers various spaces for hire, including a large Church Hall, and several rooms within The Crossway building (The Oak Room, The Maple Room, The Chestnut Room), a Small Hall, and a Meeting Room. The Church Building itself is also occasionally available. The venue is suitable for a range of activities from children's parties and dance classes to meetings, conferences, and training days. Bookings are not accepted on Sundays and are subject to confirmation by church staff. A discretionary 10% discount is available for charities.

How to Book
No Sunday bookings for any spaces. St Stephen's has the right to refuse bookings that conflict with Christian beliefs or for which buildings are unsuitable. All final booking decisions are subject to confirmation from church staff & Leadership Team. Discretionary 10% discount for charities. A tour of the site is welcome and advisable to discuss needs and find suitable locations. Cancellation policy: Full refund one month before, 50% refund two weeks before, no refund less than two weeks before. Hiring agreement includes rules set by St Stephens PCC, made available to prospective hirers before booking confirmation.
