How to Book

Minimum booking of 2 hours for all rooms except the Office (hourly). Regular bookings are defined as a minimum of 12 sessions within 12 months. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the room hire charge is payable at the time of booking. Full payment (remaining balance + refundable damage deposit) is due 14 days prior to hire. 10 days notice is required for a refund of the remaining hire charge and any deposit paid; no refund if less than 10 days notice. A penalty of £25 per half hour applies for late departures. Hirers must be over 18, responsible for all sums due, observance of Conditions of Hire, and supervision of premises and attendees. Rates are for 1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026.
