How to book
To enquire about availability and charges, email or telephone the Parish Office. To secure a booking, a booking form must be completed and a relevant deposit paid. An invoice for the hire will be issued, and payment is required 14 days prior to the event. Bank transfer is accepted; credit/debit cards are not. Venues are not available for parties in the 13-21 age group. If alcohol is to be sold, an occasional license (Temporary Events Notice - TENs) must be obtained from Bracknell Forest Council Licensing Department. Fireworks, barbecues, and candles are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the buildings. A caretaker will let hirers in at the start of their booking and return to lock up at the end. Facilities must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning required by caretakers will incur a charge. If the booking runs over the agreed time, an additional charge will be made.
