The Morgan Centre is a community hall available for private functions and events. It is suitable for wedding receptions, business meetings and conferences, children's and adult parties, dance/fitness classes, shows, plays, concerts, exhibitions, play groups, and club meetings. It is not available for parties in the 13-21 age group. If alcohol is to be sold, an occasional licence must be obtained from Bracknell Forest Council Licensing Department.

Main Hall

The Main Hall measures 10m long (not including stage) x 8m wide x 4m high. It is equipped with a stage, hearing loop system, 15 rectangle tables, 140 chairs, a small kitchen for tea/coffee with fridge, cooker, and microwave, a serving area, projector, projector screen, PA system, wired and wireless microphones, and 6 discussion system microphones.

To enquire about availability and charges, email administration@crowthorne-pc.gov.uk or telephone 01344 771251. Booking forms, terms & conditions, and hire charges are available on the Crowthorne Parish Council website. An invoice for the hire will be issued and payment is required 14 days prior to the event. Payment accepted by bank transfer; credit/debit cards are not accepted.
