How to book
Booking is managed by Bishop's Cleeve Parish Council. Hirers must complete a hire agreement form and payment is required to reserve a room. An access code to the building will be provided upon booking. Hirers are responsible for cleaning and tidying the hall after the event, and for setting up tables and chairs. Heating must be booked and set up in advance. No room setup service or staff/volunteer are available on the day of hire.
