How to Book
Bookings can be made online via the Sherborne Town Council website. Users can check availability for specific rooms and durations, or view all availability. For multiple hours, select 'block booking' and specify date, start time, duration, and recurrence. Once a booking is selected, add any extras, answer two questions, and proceed to checkout for details and payment. Payment is to be made in full at the point of booking, or with a payment plan, through the online booking platform. Additional costs will be invoiced after the event. Cheques should be made payable to 'Digby Hall and Library'. BACS payments are also accepted (Sort Code: 40-41-23, Account No: 71227033). Fourteen days clear notice must be given for cancellations, or appropriate charges will be payable. All hirers must hold Public Liability Insurance, and a copy must be emailed to [email protected]. All alcohol consumed on the premises must be arranged through Sherborne Town Council (Licensee) by emailing [email protected]. The Licensee has the authority to close an event if unarranged alcohol is found at the venue. All bookings are subject to approval by Sherborne Town Council; payment will not be taken until the booking is confirmed.
