How to Book
Availability: 09:00am and 10:00pm daily, except when the building is used as a Polling Station. Monday to Saturday, from 8:30am to 10pm; Sunday close at 9pm. Booking Process: Bookings must be made on an official booking form with at least 5 working days between request and hire date. A booking is secure only when confirmed by the Bookings Manager, after receipt of appropriate forms and payment. The process can be accomplished by e-mail. Payment Details: Online payment or cheque payable to 'Downley Old School Community Association'. Bank details: HSBC, Sort Code: 40-24-38, A/c no.: 81303422 (reference surname on payment). Invoices for block bookings must be paid within 14 days. Membership Requirement: Regular hirers are required to be members of the Downley Old School Community Association. Setup And Breakdown: All setup, breakdown, and deliveries must be on the day of the event and included in the overall pre-booked hire time.
