How to Book
Please use the online Booking Forms. Request any booking at least 10 days in advance. The hall is run by unpaid volunteers, so please be patient and do not expect an instant response. The Downley War Memorial Hall Management Committee does not accept bookings for parties for those aged between 13-21 inclusive. The committee does not permit the use of bouncy castles or the playing of ball games within the hall. Hirers need to allow for setting up and clearing up time within their hire period. All waste/rubbish must be taken away at the end of the hire period.
