How to Book

All applications must be submitted to the Management Committee via email ([email protected]), stating the number of people, age range, and type of event. Bookings can be made up to 1 year in advance. Hire charges and any deposit are payable at least ten days before the event. Cancellations with less than four weeks' notice may incur a 50% charge; full charge if no notification. Bookings are not final until confirmed. Applicants must be 18 years or older, and adequate adult supervision is required for activities involving young people. Activities causing nuisance to neighbours are not accepted. Adult parties are generally not accepted; children's parties and family gatherings are considered at discretion. Alcohol is only allowed under special conditions. Hirers must familiarise themselves with emergency exits and fire extinguishers and bring a mobile phone for emergencies. Hirers are responsible for leaving facilities clean, reporting damages, and taking away substantial rubbish. Booked hours must include set-up and clean-up time.
