How to Book
Booking Process: Consult Hall Availability PDF, complete room hire and booking form, send to Booking Secretary Geoff Leaver ([email protected]). Reservation is not complete until confirmation is issued. Deposit against damage may be required. Hire charges and any deposit are payable at least ten days in advance. Payment after this period must be in cash unless specifically arranged. Cancellation with less than four weeks' notice may incur a 50% charge. Hirer must provide a risk assessment for their group. Hirer may need to provide contact details for attendees if requested. The Village Hall is managed by volunteers. Minimum charge for any booking is £25.00. Combined hire rates: Both Halls - Hagbourne Residents £15.00/hr, Non-Hagbourne Residents £16.00/hr. Both Halls and Meeting Room - Hagbourne Residents £20.00/hr.
