How to Book

The person/persons hiring must be a member of EHSAA. A deposit of £20 is required to secure the date. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The hire fee must be paid in full two weeks before the date of hire. The building will not be hired exclusively; EHSAA has a policy that members can always access the building. The function room area will be yours exclusively, but the bar area will remain open. You are welcome to use No9 Catering (in-house caterers) or arrange your own. No outside catering can be accepted for events before 3 pm. Allows 5 bottles of wine/champagne to be brought to the event at £15 per bottle. Any refreshment not purchased at the bar or approved for corkage will be confiscated and disposed of. Decorations are permitted prior to the event. No Blu-tac or tape on painted walls (restrict to wood only). No candles on tables. Access for decoration is available from 3 pm, unless otherwise agreed. The room must be left as it was found at the end of the event. Any items left overnight must be collected by 10 am the next morning. EHSAA takes no responsibility for misplaced or missing items. EHSAA is a family-friendly club, but the hirer is responsible for ensuring guests and children behave appropriately.
