Hire payments must be paid in advance to secure the venue date. Any booked event cancelled under 6 weeks will be subject to cancellation fees (vary based on notice and circumstance). Promoters are responsible for providing door/ticket staff to check customers in and/or sell tickets on the door; the venue cannot provide card machine facilities or cash floats.
