How to Book
Email [email protected] for availability and enquiries. If no internet access, call Kim Edwards (bookings secretary) on 01306 730809 (volunteer role, immediate response not guaranteed). Read Booking Conditions and Hire Agreement before emailing to book. Once date is confirmed available via email, print and sign a copy of the hire agreement. No bookings will be honored without a signed copy of the agreement and a deposit cheque. Send the signed agreement and deposit cheque to the address on the form (not to the Hall). Cancellation policy: At least 72 hours notice required, otherwise the full hire rate for the booking will be charged.
