How to Book
Bookings can be made online via the website's calendar page. Check availability, click 'New Booking', and fill in the form. Bookings are provisional until confirmed by the administrator. Hirers must notify the Booking Clerk at least 7 days before the booking for cancellations, otherwise the full charge may be payable. Hirers cannot enter the Hall before their booked time and must leave at the end of their booking time, ensuring all preparation and clean-up is within the booked slot. The Hall should be left as found, and all rubbish must be taken home by the hirer. Some windows and front doors should remain open for ventilation when the hall is in use. Hand sanitiser is available. Hirers must read the 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' and 'Hire Charges' documents before booking. Charging is by session; if times span more than one session, both will be charged.
