How to Book

To book, read documents including Hire Charges, Terms and Conditions, Health and Safety Policy, and Hall dimensions. Check availability on the calendar page, then click 'New Booking' and fill in the form. Manual booking forms are also available and should be submitted at least 14 days before the event. An invoice will be sent, and payment (bank transfer preferred) is due at least 14 days before the hire date. Manual booking forms and invoice payments require a minimum of 14 days before the hire date. The code for the keysafe (located to the left of the kitchen window at the rear of the hall) will be provided once payment has been received. Hirers must ensure enough time is booked for setting up before and clearing up after the event. If alcohol is to be sold, the hirer must have a Temporary Events Notice lodged with Rother District Council and the police at least 10 working days before the event. Any alcohol licence forms requiring committee sign-off must be received by the Administrator at least 14 days prior to the event.
