How to Book
Minimum hirer age: 21 years old. Booking process: Fill in booking form and return to booking secretary within fourteen days of first enquiry. Full payment must accompany booking form or at Committee's discretion. Setup and cleaning time: 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after booked times included for setup and cleaning. Terms and conditions: Hirer responsible for supervision, care of premises/fittings, behaviour of persons, proper car parking. No tap dancing shoes, metal studs or stilettos on main hall floor. No smoking. No fireworks allowed. Hirer responsible for damage/loss and to insure personal effects. Observe all food, health and hygiene legislation if preparing/serving food.
