How to Book
Check availability on the website calendar. Terms and Conditions must be read before booking. Email [email protected] for bookings. Wedding hire is restricted to residents of Monxton or Amport. Setup and clear-up time of 15 minutes either side of booking is included; additional time should be added to the booking. An alcohol licence (approx. £30) is required if selling alcohol; it is not needed for 'bring your own' or 'alcohol supplied for free' private events. Applications to TVBC required 14 working days before the event.
