Farnham Common Village Hall offers two hireable spaces: the Community Hall (formerly Large Hall) and the Reading Room (formerly Small Hall). How to book
Minimum hire period is 1 hour. 15 minutes free access is provided before and after the hire period for setup and cleanup; longer periods require extending the booking. A 50% deposit is generally required to secure a booking, with full payment by bank transfer 7 days before a one-off event. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled 4 weeks or more before the event. Substantial discounts are available for regular hirers. Viewings are possible by contacting [email protected].
