Hedgerley Memorial Hall, built in 1921 and redecorated in 2021, is located in an idyllic village setting surrounded by fields, two miles west of Gerrards Cross, one and a half miles north of Farnham Common, and four miles south-east of Beaconsfield. It is close to Junction 2 of the M40. The hall is suitable for a wide range of events including parties, reunions, anniversaries, training, children's parties, local community meetings, societies and clubs, music events, theatre productions, band practise, wakes, baby groups, fitness classes/yoga, educational pursuits, church events/choir practice, school events, naming ceremonies, film shoots, banqueting, corporate events, dance classes, social functions, receptions, fundraising events, and keep-fit classes.

How to Book

All applications for hire must be made through the Booking Secretary. The hirer must be over 18 years of age. A deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of application. Hire charges are due at least one month before the booking date. Cancellation less than 7 days before the booking date incurs a £16.50 administration charge. Alcoholic drinks may be served FREE, but NO SALE of alcoholic drinks may be undertaken unless permission is sought from the HMH Committee and a TEN (Temporary Events Notice) is obtained from South Bucks District Council. The hall should be left in the same clean manner as it was found. All rubbish and food waste must be removed from the building and placed in the large green-topped bin in the car park. Recycling of bottles, cans, and paper is encouraged, but the hirer is responsible for removing this waste.
