Bookings are made online via the website calendar. First-time bookers need to create a customer account. Payment is by BACS only. A £50 returnable deposit is required for ad hoc bookings. Key collection details are provided once the deposit is received and booking confirmed. Minimum booking period is 1 hour. Booking fee includes licensed use, but indemnity is required from hirers. A Supplementary Hire Form (Alcohol Licence) must be read and completed for events where alcohol will be consumed. No refunds for an early finish.
