How to reach the hall
How to book
Generally available for hire at all times. Contact the Booking Secretary via email or phone to enquire or book. Viewing of the Hall can also be arranged. Keys are usually collected from and returned to the Village Shop (open Mon-Sat 9am-5pm; Sun 10am-1pm). Alternative arrangements can be made with the Booking Secretary. Hirer must be over 21. Bookings for 18-21 year old birthday/celebrations are usually not accepted. The Hall does not have a TV Licence. Users must not plug into the Hall's mains electricity to watch or record live television. This can only be done on a user's own portable device if they have a TV Licence covering it at their home address. Hirers must familiarise themselves with the 'Terms & Conditions of Hire' and 'Alcohol Licence Form' available on the website. By completing a booking form, hirers consent to the Lurgashall Village Hall Management Committee holding and using their personal data for booking purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties.
