A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due at least 2 weeks before the event date. A doorman may be necessary for some events, particularly young people's parties in the evenings, and must be arranged by the organiser with an SIA registered organisation, with proof required 2 weeks prior to the event. Terms and Conditions are available on the Fernwood Parish Council website for ad hoc/party bookings, regular bookings, and bar terms.
