How to Book

Bookings cancelled within 28 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund. Sale of alcohol is only permitted from the Bar. Hirer may not bring alcohol for sale onto the premises. No smoking permitted in any part of the building. No candles, tea lights, or naked flames permitted in any part of the building. Hirer is responsible for setting up and clearing away chairs and tables. Village Hall Manager arranges stage, light, and sound systems if needed. Hall must be cleared, cleaned, and swept. Premises and surrounds to be left clean, tidy, locked, and secured. Contents removed from usual positions must be replaced, otherwise booking bond may not be returned and additional charges may apply. All prices include VAT. Charged by the full hour. Use of 'smoke/dry ice' machines is prohibited.
