How to Book
All hirers must complete a booking form and comply with the Conditions of Hire. Booking forms (single use or multiple use) can be emailed or sent to the Bookings Secretary. Hirer must be 18 years or over. Responsible for supervising car parking and ensuring safeguards for disabled, children, and vulnerable adults. Premises must be left in the same condition as found, with all rubbish and recycling removed. If selling alcohol or including it in ticket price, the hirer must obtain a license from Somerset West and Taunton Council. An invoice will be sent for payment via online banking or cheque within 7 days. Additional charges may apply if conditions are not met. Notice of any cancellation of a booking must be given to the Bookings Secretary not less than one calendar month before the booked date. Where shorter notice is given, the Tithe Barn Management Committee may charge the full hire rate, save in exceptional circumstances.
