How to Book

Booking process: Check availability on the online booking calendar, click the plus symbol on the desired day, complete the registration form (one-time requirement), complete all relevant sections of the form including additional items like kitchen usage, submit the request. Booking team reviews the request. For one-off bookings, an invoice is sent immediately upon review; full payment is required before confirmation. For ongoing bookings, monthly invoices are issued for completed sessions or those not cancelled within 24 hours. A Hiring Agreement must be signed to secure the booking. Hirer must be over 25 years old. Trustees have the final say on whether a booking can proceed. Negotiable rates for charity/voluntary sector users providing a unique community service. Booking hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 23:30. Sunday: Enquire via Booking Query contact form. 30 minutes free setup/clearaway buffer either side of booking. Hiring fees are from Sept 1 2025. Hirers are responsible for cleaning the Hall(s) and Kitchen after the event (no cleaner employed between hires).
