How to Book
All room hire bookings require a signed and dated Room Hire Agreement. Advance bookings must be confirmed in writing within two weeks of a provisional booking. A deposit of 10% or £10 (whichever is greater) is required to secure a booking. A full invoice will be sent after the event, payable within one week. Room set-up and turn-around charge (£15) if required. Room hire charges are revised annually and are available by email or on the website. The Flavel reserves the right to change room hire charges with four weeks' notice. The Flavel Trust reserves the right to refuse hall hire.
