How to Book
Register interest by email to the bookings officer ([email protected]), including times, bar requirement, and any questions. Bookings officer will confirm availability and make a tentative booking. Download, complete, and sign the hall booking form (and bar booking form if applicable). Send completed forms to the bookings officer (preferably by email). Pay hire fees and refundable compliance deposit in advance to secure the booking. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before the hire date. 50% of booking fee may be levied for cancellations within 30 days.
