How to Book
Return a signed booking form and a signed copy of the Conditions of Hire within 14 days, along with a £30 deposit cheque. The full hire charge is due 10 days before the event via cheque or direct bank transfer (account 63000796, sort code 20-37-13, quoting your name as reference). If paying by direct transfer, email [email protected] with confirmation. Access is via a NetCode sent a few days before the event, valid for the hire period plus 15 minutes either side. Payment methods: Cheque (payable to Follifoot Village Hall), Direct Bank Transfer. Full hire charge due 10 days before the event. Cleaning responsibilities for hirer (wipe tables, sweep floor, empty fridge/freezer, take away all food waste and rubbish). Do not use the school's green four-wheeled bin or leave rubbish bags on the ground; take them home or to the community tip.
