How to Book

Contact the Lettings Manager, Sue Carter (07811 162539), or the church office (01423 544528, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 9:30am-12:30pm) for information and details about hiring facilities, availability, and costs. For hall hire, an enquiry about availability can be made via email or telephone to the booking clerk. Policies include treating premises with respect, vacating on time, not bringing alcohol or tobacco (unless licensed by hirer), providing own staff/consumables, leaving room as found, only using booked room, turning off lights/heaters. No 18th/21st parties. Bouncy castles/play inflatables allowed subject to insurance (max size inside Large Hall: 12' x 12' or 12' inflatable with slide, max height 12'). Basic use of kitchen for light refreshments included. For parties, bring pre-prepared food; warming/simple food preparation may be accommodated, but kitchen not suitable for large-scale cooking or raw meat preparation. Bring own crockery, cutlery, serving platters. Occasional hires require a refundable £25 deposit. Occasional hirers pay by cash, cheque, or bank transfer at booking. Regular hirers pay by Standing Order or bank transfer.
