How to Book
Minimum of two weeks notice required for a hall booking. Book online via the Spelthorne booking portal (select 'hire a hall' and follow instructions) or contact Customer Services. A customer account is required for online booking. The full hiring charge is requested when booking is confirmed, due 21 days after invoice receipt and no later than 5 working days before the hire period. Cancellations within 21 days incur a £25.00 charge. The hirer must be over 18 years of age. Refer to Spelthorne Borough Council's 'Halls and Day Centres' conditions of hire for full terms and conditions.
