How to Book
To book, check the calendar for availability, then complete an enquiry form with preferred and alternative dates. A response will be provided within two working days, and a booking form will be sent if available. Provisional bookings can be held for up to 7 days. Hall viewings are available on Thursdays between 15:00–16:00, with other times limited. Hirers must include set-up and clear-up time within the hire period and clear up after the function, vacating the premises by the end of the booking. A charge of £25.00 per 15 minutes applies if the caretaker is kept beyond booking time. The hall is not available for non-Christian ceremonies. Persons under 21 years of age require written parental consent for hiring, and parents must be present during the entire function. The number of persons using the premises must not exceed the authorised number. The hirer is responsible for stewarding the premises. The hall is to be used only for the purposes stated on the booking form; no sub-letting or assignment.
