How to book
Payment is required only after the event date is confirmed. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, which is non-refundable for cancellations with less than 21 days notice for one-off events. Full payment is due latest 7 days BEFORE the date of hire. For block bookings, payments are made monthly, one month in advance, from the 28th of each month. Hirers are responsible for preparation and clearance, and all rubbish must be bagged and taken with you. Prohibited items include silly string, balloons with paper, plastic or foil pieces inside, and wall decorations using sellotape, bluetack, pins etc. A cleaning fee of £50 may be required depending on event type, charged if rooms are left untidy/dirty. The hirer is responsible for the safety of all persons during the hire period. Foulsham Hall accepts no responsibility for equipment/property brought in or left on premises, and no responsibility for off-street parking.
