How to Book
Minimum booking period is 60 minutes. Payment terms: 50% of balance + Damages Deposit 7 days after booking, Remaining Balance 14 days before hire. Amounts are non-refundable after these dates. Late payments may result in booking cancellation. Cancellation policy: No refunds within 14 days of hire. If full balance paid on booking day, only 50% of hire cost refundable up to 14 days before hire. Viewing appointments are advised and available weekdays 09:30-16:30. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of completed Booking Form and due payments. Additional charges apply for setting up/down tables/chairs in the hall (£30.00) and an additional clean for the hall/kitchen (£55.00). Tea, coffee, water, and biscuits are available for meeting rooms at £1.00 per head.
