How to Book

Evenings and Saturdays (possibly Sundays by arrangement). Complete a booking enquiry form on their website. Visits to the premises before finalizing a booking are welcomed. All bookings are subject to standard terms and conditions. No in-house catering staff. Hirers must prepare their own using kitchen facilities or use outside caterers/providers. IT support may be available in the Sanctuary at Fountainhall at the Cross by prior arrangement and at additional cost. Hirers are generally expected to use Smart TV facilities themselves after instruction. Wedding services in the sanctuaries must be arranged directly with the Ministers. Wedding receptions are not accepted. Sanctuary bookings are at the discretion of the Ministry Team or Kirk Session due to its sensitivity as a core worship space. Events are normally supervised by congregation representatives. Hirers are expected to leave the premises clean and tidy. Warden cover is provided by volunteers or occasional paid wardens for opening, locking up, and sometimes on duty throughout an event. Charges are available upon enquiry via the booking form.
