How to Book
Centre available Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, evenings and Saturdays by arrangement (possibly Sundays by arrangement). To make a booking, complete the booking enquiry form on their website. Visits to premises can be arranged before finalizing a booking. All bookings subject to standard terms and conditions. Spaces are not serviced for catering, serving, or reception. Hirers must prepare their own refreshments using kitchen facilities or use outside caterers. Hirers are expected to leave the premises clean and tidy. IT support may be available in the Sanctuary at Fountainhall at the Cross by prior arrangement and additional cost. Hirers expected to use Smart TV facilities themselves after instruction from an Administrator. Wedding receptions are not accepted; wedding services in sanctuaries must be arranged directly with Ministers. Groups working with children or vulnerable people must comply with the Church Of Scotland's Safeguarding Policy.
