How to Book

Read the Terms and Conditions of Hire and Hire Charges documents. Check availability on the calendar page. Click 'New Booking' and fill in the form. Contact the Administrator at [email protected] for queries. Ensure enough time is booked for setup and clear away. The hall does not have an alcohol license; if one is needed, inform the bookings officer as soon as possible (may require Management Committee sign-off). Paperwork should be received by the Bookings Officer at least 14 days before the event. Contact one week ahead to arrange key collection and understand procedures. Hirer is responsible for setting up tables and chairs. Hirers must clean and tidy the hall after the event. No member of staff or volunteer is available on the day of hire. The hall does not have an alcohol license. Hirers intending to serve alcohol must apply for their own license and inform the bookings officer. Generally, consecutive bookings are not allowed, with a 5-minute gap enforced between booking slots.
