How to book
To book, call 01453 759034 or email venue@hawkwoodcollege.co.uk. Provide details like attendees, arrival/departure times, and specific requirements. A booking form will be created for review. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed form and a 20% deposit. Provisional bookings are not accepted, but Hawkwood will work to accommodate needs based on availability. Payment terms: 20% deposit required for confirmed booking. Full fee payable if booking within 6 weeks of arrival. If booking within 2 weeks, total fee payable at time of booking. Cancellation policy: 12 to 6 months prior: 20% charge; 6 to 3 months prior: 35% charge; 3 months to 6 weeks prior: 50% charge; less than 6 weeks prior: 100% charge.
