How to Book

Booking must be in writing (online, email, or booking form). Hirer must be over 21 and present throughout the hire. Hirer must not sub-let the booking. Hirer is responsible for safeguarding issues. Public liability insurance required where appropriate (minimum £5 million for some bookings). Appropriate licenses (e.g., Temporary Event Notice for alcohol/regulated entertainment) are the hirer's responsibility. Premises must be left clean and tidy. Hirer is responsible for health and safety. Agreement to pay all relevant fees and comply with trading laws. 25% deposit required to secure booking (non-refundable). Full payment required 28 days prior to the event. A £150 damages waiver may be requested for Nave bookings, payable 14 days prior to the event. PCC reserves the right to refuse applications and request references. Activities must be compatible with Saint Laurence's Church values. A cancellation fee may be required. If St Laurence staff are required on-site, a rate of £15/hour before midnight and £25/hour thereafter applies (minimum 1 hour charge), plus travel expenses. For public events (e.g., concerts), state this on the booking form to receive a marketing pack. Online booking requests receive a quotation via email. Registered users have access to booking information and can manage accounts.
