How to Book

All bookings through Village Hall administrator. Confirmation by signing and returning booking form within 7 days. No bookings from persons under 21 years of age. Deposit payable at time of booking, full fee one month before hire date (unless agreed otherwise). Deposit refunded after function if no breach of conditions, losses, or damage. Cancellation forfeits deposit; less than 7 days' notice requires full booking fee. Booking date alteration without deposit loss possible more than three months before original date. Alteration within three months requires new deposit and half original deposit forfeited. Management Committee reserves the right to refuse any booking. Hirer must be in charge during booking period. No excessive noise to avoid nuisance to neighbours. Cars not to obstruct entrances/exits. No dogs allowed, except Assistance dogs. No contravention of betting, gaming, and lotteries law. Set-up and clear-away/clean-up within allocated session times unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges: Music License £10.00 (daytime), £20.00 (evening) for live or recorded music. Alcohol Sales Consent £25.00 (requires Management consent).
