Frimley Green Club offers a function room for hire 7 days a week during club opening times. It caters for a wide range of events including Wedding Receptions, Wakes, Family Celebrations, Corporate events, Business Meetings, Fitness Classes, Retirement celebrations, Training, Children's Party, Local Community Meeting, Societies and Clubs, Music Event, Christenings / Blessings, Baby Groups, Yoga, Educational Pursuits, Church Event / Choir Practice, School Events, Naming Ceremonies, and Table Market. Own catering is permitted, but must be prepared offsite as kitchen facilities are not available. All drinks must be purchased from the bar. The function room must be vacated and left in clean condition by agreed times. Deposit deductions up to 100% apply if the hall is not returned in good condition. Repair costs or cleaning charges exceeding deposit value will be invoiced. Bookings may be released if deposit is not paid.

How to Book
A deposit is required for parties or similar events, payable within 48 hours of booking confirmation and returnable after the event (deductions apply if hall not returned in good condition). Hire charges are due up to two weeks prior to the event. Regular events can be invoiced monthly in advance. Bar staff cost for under 4 hours hire is £25.00 with one bar person, free for over 4 hours with one bar person, additional staff £25.00 per person.
