It is suitable for a variety of activities including fitness classes, parties, themed suppers, electoral voting, community meetings, weddings, business meetings, children's parties, adult/family parties, dance/fitness classes, shows/plays/panto, and lunch clubs. The hall is owned by Fringford Parish Council and leased to the Fringford Village Hall Committee, a registered charity (number 1077028), which is responsible for hirings, building maintenance, and fundraising. The hall is managed entirely by volunteers.

How to Book

Bookings can be made online via the 'Hallmaster' online booking service. Users can check availability, register as a new customer, and make a provisional booking request. The process involves checking hire rates, reviewing and accepting Terms and Conditions of Hire, checking hall availability online via Hallmaster and making a provisional booking request (ensuring adequate time for set-up and clear-up). An email confirming the initial request will be sent, followed by another email confirming the booking (subject to pre-payment). An invoice will be emailed with bank details for BACS payment. Full payment in advance is required to secure the booking. Upon receipt of full payment, details for the key box access code will be provided. The key must be returned to the box after the hiring ends.
